Looking forward to 2018: New Year’s Resolutions

New Years Resolutions 2018 Blog HeaderAs 2017 draws to a close, we’re all starting to think about how we’re going to make 2018 the best year yet. We’re talking about travel, health, personal development, houses, adventure and business. We asked some lovely friends and ambassadors of Little’s to share what their new year’s resolutions are for 2018.

“To continue creating valuable content and spreading a positive message online alongside launching my own business and furthering my education! 2017 showed me that anything is possible with hard work.”

“I’ve never been one for New Year resolutions, they always tend be the same old thing and somehow highlight the negative. Eat healthier, work out more, stop nibbling my nails. They tend to be my big three and they’ve always felt a bit superficial, so for 2018 I’m doing things differently.

I’m just going to be more ME!  Towards the end of this year I’ve felt like I really started to embrace who I am and not just in how I look but how also how I feel, my hopes and dreams, what makes me tick, what excites me and what I’m not so fond of. We can spend so much time worrying about social pressures and how we’re ‘meant’ to be that we forget that we’re all so unique and how special that is. So, in 2018, you’ll find me dancing to the beat of my own drum, doing more of what I love and celebrating my very own superpower…being me!”

“I’m my own worst critic and I’m probably way too hard on myself in lots of aspects! I hate to fail at things (who doesn’t?) and I understand it’s part of life, so I need to start realising I’m human. We all encounter bumps in the road and it’s normal. I’m a huge over-thinker and I’m going to really try to take things in my stride in the new year, to embrace everything, including the tough times. Breathe relax and be happy.”

“To make sure I spend time to self-reflect to avoid getting overly stressed at little things.”
