Whipped Pumpkin Spice Coffee Recipe

With Halloween creeping around the corner we wanted to put a spooky spin on the incredibly popular Dalgona coffee from the summer and turn it into a Halloween treat. Tis the season of pumpkins so we’ve taken our Little’s French Vanilla Instant Coffee and whipped it up with some pumpkin to give you a whipped pumpkin spice coffee delight.






1 x Cup milk (dairy or plant)

6 x Tbsp pumpkin puree

2 x Tbsp Little’s French Vanilla Instant Coffee

1 x Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice

2 x Tbsp Boiling Water




1. Over a low heat in a small saucepan mix your milk and pumpkin puree. Bring to a simmer and remove from the heat.

2. In a bowl mix together your coffee, maple syrup and pumpkin spice mix with your boiling water. Use an electric whisk to whip the mixture. This will take around 2-3 minutes.

3. Pour your milk into two glasses and then top with the whipped pumpkin mixture.
