We’re hiring! Content Creator / Social Media Marketing

Hey! We’re a growing company who are looking for a Digital Content Creator/Social Media Marketing hero to join our team. We’re looking for someone super talented with real creative flair, and a good working knowledge of copywriting, design/Photoshop and digital photography.

We have a strong and engaged presence on social media, and we have some amazing brand ambassadors and influencers that love and organically promote our brand. Your job will be to work with our Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness and sales through digital marketing, influencer outreach programmes, events, shows and more!

We’re not a corporate head office and we don’t have exhaustive meetings about strategy and KPIs. Instead we are a small, young and dynamic team, and in this varied and broad role you’ll be getting involved in many aspects of the business. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, personable and is a great brand ambassador who feels confident in spreading the good word of Little’s Coffee!

You’ll be a self-starter who must be confident managing their own time and workload to hit deadlines the team are working towards. Ideally you will have worked in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or you’ll have run and managed your own successful blog/social media channel.

The Business

We are Little’s and what we do is pretty simple. We take amazing coffee and infuse it with flavours from ingredients we love. We’re here to liven up your cup and show that instant coffee doesn’t have to be boring. With no added sugar and only 4 cals per cup there’s no guilt either!

Having been established for 30 years, we are entering a new chapter in our history with exciting and ambitious plans for our brand and our business. We’re a small, young and dynamic team with aspirations to become market leaders in flavoured coffee.

The Role

Job Title: Digital content creator/Social media marketing

Responsible to: Marketing Manager/Company Directors

Skills: We are looking for someone who is:  Creative, personable, a great brand ambassador, organised, has great attention to detail, has excellent copywriting and Photoshop skills, and is proficient at digital photography and photo editing.

Work base: Company HQ – Willand, Devon (just outside Exeter)

Main Purpose of the Job

  • To create inspired, engaging content at the highest level, that communicates the company’s brand values and marketing objectives, as well as assisting with various other marketing activities for the brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create high quality, engaging content for social media channels, the website and other marketing activities.
  • Manage and build the blogger/influencer outreach programme.
  • Plan and participate in blogger events.
  • Assist with trade shows and consumer events.
  • Respond to social media channel customer queries.

Applicants will need a full UK driving license and be able to travel to the Company’s HQ in Willand, Devon.

This is a full time role.

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 P/A depending on experience.
