We’ve teamed up with the other no-sugar heroes at Oppo Ice Cream to bring you a lighter way to indulge this weekend.
Together we’ve created this delicious ‘Oppogato’ (our take on an Affogato recipe) using our French Vanilla infused coffee and Oppo’s Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream, which by the way, are both completely refined sugar-free! (Yippee!)
Both brands are available in Sainsbury’s
1. Pop two scoops of Oppo ice cream into a Kilner jar
2. Mix 2g of French Vanilla coffee (1 heaped teaspoon) with 150ml of boiling water in a mug
3. Allow to cool for a minute or two, then drizzle it over your ice cream
4. Tuck in! (Yep, it’s as easy as that, folks!)
