Social Media Mission Statement - We Are Little's

You all know we love social media, but right now especially, we’re very aware of the impact it’s having on a lot of people. It can be great, but more and more of the content depicts lifestyles that aren’t realistic or achievable. This can really get you down when you’re fed this imagery day in, day out. We’ve experienced this ourselves, and it’s something we’ve been discussing lots in the office recently. This has encouraged us to take a step back and think about why we, as a brand, are on social media and what we want it to achieve.

We use Instagram to let you, our lovely customers, see what goes on behind the scenes in the making of your daily cup of Joe. We want our brand to be aspirational, but we’re also real people who do real things, and we want to share that with you.

Yes – we are a brand on Instagram who ultimately exist to sell coffee, but we realise we have a responsibility. We want to use our voice on social media to motivate and inspire you all to wake up in the morning and nail the day ahead. We want you to be the best you can be without forcing you to compare your life to everyone else’s. We never want to put an image across that’s unattainable, or makes you feel rubbish about yourself. None of us are superhuman. So, we won’t pretend we are.
