Little’s Coffee Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

When it feels like we’re on the hundredth day of January we thought it might be time for a little boost to get us through to Feb. We have created a Little’s coffee breakfast smoothie which might just do the trick. We have chosen to use the Cardamom Bun flavour infused coffee but other flavours will taste just as delicious! Whichever takes your fancy ☕

Little’s Coffee Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Makes Approximately 2 Glasses

1 x Banana

2 x Dates

1/2 Cup Cold Brewed Cardamom Coffee

1/4 Cup Soaked Cashew Nuts

3 Tbsp Soaked Rolled Oats

1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Ice

Blender

METHOD

  1. This recipe does require a little bit of overnight prep. Your oats and cashews need to be soaked in water to soften then up. You will also need to brew a cup of coffee that needs to to be popped in the fridge to chill over night.
  2. In the morning, take all of your ingredients and pop them in your blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! We recommend grabbing yourself a reusable straw to enjoy your morning smoothies with.
