Brand ambassador Charlotte Emma is a postgraduate psychology student at the University of Birmingham. Charlotte is a keen runner, gym go-er and general fitness guru, and she’s recently been whipping up some recipes for us using our infused instant coffee.
The first one we’re going to share with you is a Nice Cream Recipe using our Chocolate Caramel Infused Instant Coffee and man, it looks damn fine! Here’s how to whip it up yourself…
Chocolate Caramel Nice-Cream Ingredients
3 x frozen bananas
1 x tbsp Little’s Chocolate Caramel Infused Coffee
1 x tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)
1 x tbsp ground flaxseed
1 x tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup x plant/nut milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with whatever takes your fancy. Enjoy!
