Chocolate Orange Porridge Zoats

The Brilliant Charlotte Clarke UK has created this awesome Chocolate Orange Porridge Zoats recipe to really kick start your day! With protein, vitamin K & C from the courgette, and caffeine, it will give you the boast you need to nail the day ahead.



You will need:

50g Oats

1 Scoop Chocolate Protein

1 Medium Courgette Grated (Optional)

10g Chia Seeds

Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 tsp Little’s Chocolate Orange Coffee

Squeeze of Fresh Orange (Optional)

Topped With 40g Vanilla Coyo (Optional)


Pour oats, baking powder and milk into a saucepan. Cook on medium heat until soft and fluffy.

Optional – add the courgette. Continue to cook and stir.

Add the protein powder, coffee and chia seeds.

You may need to add more milk here if you don’t want it too thick.

Optional – add squeeze of orange and stir.

Take off the heat and leave to settle for two minutes.

Pour into your favourite bowl.

Top with yogurt or anything your heart may desire!
