Our awesome brand ambassador Nourishing Amelia has come up with this quick HIIT workout to really get your blood pumping! It’s five moves and all you have to do is repeat it 3 times. Sounds easy, right? Well, you may be saying otherwise once you’re finished, but stick with us cos it’ll definitely get that burn we’re all searching for. No pain, no gain, folks!

Complete each more for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, repeat 3 times!

1. JUMPING LUNGES

This exercise really focuses on your quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves which is super awesome at toning the lower half of your body. Your back and core muscles help as stabilisers during this move!

2. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

This move works out pretty much every muscle group in the body and helps build strength in the upper half including shoulders, arms and chest. Form is really important with this move so make sure you’re on top of it!

3. STRAIGHT LEG BICYCLE CRUNCHES

These straight leg bicycle crunches really target your core and hamstrings. Be sure you engage your core to get the most out of this move!

4. TRICEP PUSH UPS

5. SQUAT PULSES

Now these are a lower body burner, so make sure you keep your chest up and your pushed back, form is key with these!
